Functional Registered Dietitian

Regina Saxton, RDN, LDN, CLT, is a Functional Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the president of Starting Point Wellness, LLC, a nutrition concierge company, helping individuals establish a healthy relationship with food through behavior change strategies, balanced meal planning, functional laboratory testing, and pharmaceutical-grade supplement recommendations. 

She has over 20 years of experience in the field of dietetics and specializes in aging well with nutrition, reducing inflammation and food sensitivities while promoting healthy weight management interventions and disordered eating recovery. She also provides counseling on specific disease states such as digestive disorders, diabetes and metabolic syndrome, heart conditions, cancer, and renal disease.

Lindsay Pennington, MS, CHHC

Functional Health Coach

Lindsay Pennington, MS, CHHC, is a Functional Health Coach working towards a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition, and the President of Lindsay’s Wellness, LLC, a functional health coaching company that focuses on helping individuals find the right doctor for their symptoms, follow their care plan, learn healthy behaviors to get them on a path to success, create lifelong goals all while fighting the diagnosis they have been given without feeling alone.  

She has over 15 years working with physicians training them on innovative medical devices and technologies that provide patients with their best outcomes.  She also has been helping individuals with nutrition education for over 20 years and has a passion for teaching a natural approach to getting well. She has a way of working with the physician and the patient to create a care plan and map out their own goals that are attainable and desirable to gain positive patient outcomes.

Our nutrition and coaching team creates a synergy of helping you from the inside out and the outside in. After a comprehensive assessment, we will discuss the best course of action based on your individual needs and desires to get you started on a journey to feeling your best.

We work with you, your provider, your diagnosis, your family and your lifestyle to help you understand your labs, map out a strategic wellness plan, target nutritional deficiencies, shop for the right foods, establish meal plans, hold you accountable and most of all, share in your successes.
